EURICE - European Research and Project Office GmbH
Founded in 2000, the European Research and Project Office GmbH (EURICE) provides comprehensive support services for the planning, initiation, and implementation of international collaborative research and innovation projects. Today, EURICE ranks among Europe’s largest project management companies. In addition to offering backbone services for successful project management, EURICE is also managing impact and innovation in all areas of research and innovation projects. In order to pave the way for successful project exploitation, EURICE supports consortia in identifying, capturing, protecting and nurturing the Intellectual Property (IP) generated in research collaborations. Thus, EURICE accompanies researchers and innovative companies through the entire life cycle of a project – from the first idea to successful project completion – and beyond.
Role within PerPrev-CID
EURICE leads all communication, dissemination, engagement, and exploitation (WP 19, 20 & 21) to ensure the project reaches key stakeholders, maximising visibility and creating opportunities for knowledge exchange and valorisation. Therefore, EURICE develops tailored communication and dissemination strategies to ensure consistent outreach and engagement with research and innovation actors for sustained collaboration. Their work also includes managing intellectual property (IP) and fostering innovation to ensure the sustainable uptake of project outcomes.
In addition to their leadership role in these work packages, EURICE also contributes to stakeholder and patient engagement (WP16 & 17) as well as the effectiveness of communication strategies (WP18). Furthermore, EURICE supports scientific coordination and project management (WP22–24), including administrative, legal and financial matters, project monitoring, progress management and decision making. Eurice facilitates the project workflow, promotes interaction between project management bodies and acts as a liaison between the consortium and the EC.
